Bolin families from Sweden

Bolin from Eskelhem, Gotland

Nils Swänsson, who lived in Eskelhem and was born in 1671, is the earliest known ancestor of the Bolin family from Eskelhem.[1]

Bolin from Sanda, Gotland

The earliest known ancestor is the farmer Per who lived at Botvede in the parish of Sanda on the island of Gotland. His son Jakob Persson took over the farm but it is his son, Petrus Bolin who was the first to take on the last name Bolin, after the farm where he grew up which used to be called Bolwede.[2] [3] Page: Bolin from Gotland
